2. Full payment is due within 48 hours; otherwise, the space may be reassigned.
3. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
4. Vendors handle their own setup and must comply with all local laws.
5. The organizers are not liable for any vendor losses, damages, or injuries.
6. Spaces will be assigned before the event.
7. Vendors must act professionally. Inappropriate behavior will lead to removal without a refund.
8. Organizers may modify these terms at any time.
